In a small fry pan, cook the bacon to desired crispness. Set aside on paper towels to cool, and chop into small pieces.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions, usually 5 minutes or less. Drain in a colander and cool by rinsing with cold water. Let the pasta drain in the sink for a few minutes to reduce excess water.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with EVOO and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper as desired, and serve at room temperature or cold.
