Instructions
  1. Combine the vinegars, blood orange juice and zest, dijon mustard and dill. Mix well.
  2. While mixing constantly, slowly add the Lime evoo to your vinegar mix. Mix until dressing thickens. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Store the dressing in your fridge for 1-2 hours so that the flavours can combine. When you're ready to serve your salad, drizzle and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
