Pear and Candied Pecan Salad

  • 1cup candied pecansfind link to recipe below
  • 1pear sliced
  • 1small container mixed greens
  • 4tbsp goat cheesecrumbled
  • 4tbsp smoked goudashredded
  • 1/4cup Frescolio Persian Lime Infused EVOO
  • 1/8cup Frescolio Habanero & Honey Vinegar
  • saltto taste
  • pepperto taste
  1. In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with EVOO and vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Set out four salad plates, evenly distribute mixed greens on each plate.
  3. Place pears and candied pecans on top of the mixed greens. Drizzle with a little more EVOO and vinegar.
  4. Top salad with goat cheese and gouda and serve immediately.
