Ingredients
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Frescolio Mono-Varietal EVOO
  • 225 ml water
  • 75 ml hoisin sauce
  • 75 ml peanut butter
  • 25 ml tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions
  1. Cook onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes in olive oil over medium heat for four minutes.
  2. Whisk in the remaining ingredients and cook for one minute.
  3. Let cool to room temperature, and serve.
