Ingredients
  • Dressing
  • 6 tbsp Frescolio Lemon Infused EVOO
  • 1 tbsp Frescolio Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon Zested
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • Slaw
  • 3 stalks celery Thinly sliced diagonally, plus 1/4 cup loosely packed celery leaves
  • 2 small bulbs fennel Use a mandoline or slice thinly, plus 1 tbsp chopped fennel fronds
  • 1 Apple Julienned
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • salt To taste
  • pepepr To taste

Instructions
  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Add prepped slaw ingredients to bowl, and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate an hour or two before serving.
Recipe Notes

This recipe uses Frescolio's Lemon Infused EVOO and Apple Cider Vinegar. You could also use any of the following ingredients for a different taste.
