  • 1 English cucumber peeled and seeded
  • 5 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz chicken or vegetable broth use vegetable broth for vegetarian option
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic purée
  • 1 1/2 tsp dill purée
  • 1 1/2 tsp Frescolio Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Frescolio Dill Infused EVOO to taste
  • sea salt

Instructions
  1. Roughly chop the cucumber and place in a deep bowl.
  2. Add sour cream, chicken broth, garlic pureé, dill purée, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Purée using immersion blender, until semi smooth. Chill.
  4. Once chilled, place in a cup or bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of olive-oil and smoked sea salt.
