  1. Arrange sliced tomatoes on a platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whisk balsamic vinegar and EVOO together. Place a slice of mozzarella on each slice of tomato and sprinkle with basil slices. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
