  1. Add the black beans, olive oils, salt, cumin, lime juice and cilantro to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth – stirring as needed to ensure an even texture.
  2. If the dip is too thick, add a bit of water or lime juice, bit by bit, until it’s the desired texture. Taste and adjust seasoning, then transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Serve warm, cold or room temperature with Frescolio Chipotle Corn Tortilla Chips (see below for recipe).
