Ingredients
  • 14 large raw prawns tail off and deveined
  • 1/4 cup thai chili sauce
  • 1/8 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp Frescolio Ají Verde Agrumato EVOO
  • 1/8 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup fresh basil finely chopped
  • BBQ skewers

  • 14 large raw prawns tail off and deveined
  • 1/4 cup thai chili sauce
  • 1/8 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp Frescolio Ají Verde Agrumato EVOO
  • 1/8 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup fresh basil finely chopped
  • BBQ skewers

Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together to make a sauce. Thread shrimp on skewers. Spoon sauce on each shrimp and marinate for a few minutes or up to an hour.
  2. BBQ on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from skewers and serve.

This is a versatile recipe that could be an appetizer, entree or side dish. For an entree, serve with a bright salad, rice and/or black beans. Mmm!
