Red Wine Vinegar

This beautiful wine vinegar is garnet red in colour and has a lower acidity (4.5%) than most aged wine vinegars on the market. Combine it with any of our olive oils, some finely minced garlic, a smidgen of Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt and you have the perfect salad dressing!
