Simply mix 1 tbsp of rub with 2 tbsp of oil. Baste on food just prior to cooking. Bake, barbecue or saute as usual.

Recommended for: chicken breasts, legs, thighs and tenders. For roasting a whole chicken, mix 2 tbsp of rub with 4 tbsp of oil.
